Mission
- We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our team and take a pivotal role in embedding Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies into our product development and launch processes.
- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to market delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate effective GTM strategies into all aspects of our products.
- As a key driver of success, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams & stakeholders to deliver outstanding results, play a critical role in ensuring our products achieve maximum market penetration and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from ideation to product launch, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including task allocation, timelines, and resource management, to effectively execute GTM strategies.
- Identify potential risks and challenges and proactively implement mitigation measures to minimize project roadblocks.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed about project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and departments to ensure successful project execution.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends to inform GTM strategies.
- Collaborate with digital, marketing and sales teams to develop innovative GTM plans that align with business objectives and product value propositions.
- Define marketing messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation for product offerings.
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, considering various channels such as digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotions.
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure product features and enhancements align with market demands and customer needs.
Product Sales:
- Drive product sales by executing GTM strategies and engaging with prospective customers through various sales channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales materials, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand the product’s market reach.
- Track sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on driving go-to-market strategies and product sales.
- Demonstrated success in launching and promoting products in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of market research, customer behavior, and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and data analysis.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in technology, software
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies for project management.
