Job Description

• As the Head of IT. Your primary focus of the job is to ensure the maximum automation of business processes and the functionality of the IT infrastructure in support of the organization’s operations and software development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the strategic information technology plan of RenMoney in line with current business needs and changing requirements
• Develop and implement information technology and management systems policy, establishing the operating guidelines, procedures, and standards of performance to ensure the department meets or exceeds RenMoney’s information system needs and objectives
• Define annual operating plans and budgets for the IT function (managed directly) and the use of IT within the wider organization (managed indirectly).
• Control IT expenses to ensure the budget is not exceeded.
• Build reliable fault-tolerant infrastructure including network, telephony, hardware and cloud infrastructure.
• Build reliable and rapid CI/CD processes both in production and testing environments.
• Manage the support direction for systems, hardware, and customers including monitoring and incident management.
• Manage the delivery of seamless IT services to users across RenMoney in line with corporate requirements and service level agreements
• Manage the administration of Renmoney’s accounting systems.
• Develop and coordinate the delivery of IT solutions to RenMoney in accordance with agreed priorities, and plans.

Requirements

• First degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering. Post-graduate degree in a related field or professional qualification is essential.
• Minimum of 6 years in Network Administration with Windows services; to include knowledge of TCP/IP, network security, antivirus, and anti-spam techniques
• Minimum of 5 years in progressive leadership roles
• CCNA, Network+ and A+ certified, Microsoft certifications
• Possess a strong knowledge of programming language, operating systems, and internet applications
• Have an in-depth knowledge of Cisco Firewalls, routers, and switches
• Have an in-depth knowledge of Windows servers including Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft SQL
• Having an in-depth knowledge of accounting systems, Mambu is preferred
• Demonstrate experience in the most current technologies and products used in the industry.
