Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate branch operations activities daily.
- Review of loan files.
- Rendering reports to regulatory authorities. (NFIU, AML)
- Ensure transaction processing is in line with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with correspondent banks for smooth transaction processing.
- Develop and manage a team of well-trained focused and motivated Banking Services Staff.
- Provide effective and efficient reports of operations activities to management for analysis and decision-making.
- Coordinate with the IT department to ensure continuous availability and effectiveness of business applications and technology infrastructure required for the Bank’s operations to run smoothly.
- Develop, implement, and update policies, procedures, standards & and processes for the unit.
- Ensure the accuracy of customer data and transactions through the management of authorization levels and access rights.
- Management and safekeeping of files.
Qualifications
- Related discipline. CIBN. ACCA will be desirable.
- Experience: 7 – 10 years experience working in MFB.
Remuneration
- Salary: N450,000 – N500,000 monthly Gross
