Reporting Line: Managing Director (with a dotted line to the board)

Job Description

  • Oversee and coordinate branch operations activities daily.
  • Review of loan files.
  • Rendering reports to regulatory authorities. (NFIU, AML)
  • Ensure transaction processing is in line with policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with correspondent banks for smooth transaction processing.
  • Develop and manage a team of well-trained focused and motivated Banking Services Staff.
  • Provide effective and efficient reports of operations activities to management for analysis and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the IT department to ensure continuous availability and effectiveness of business applications and technology infrastructure required for the Bank’s operations to run smoothly.
  • Develop, implement, and update policies, procedures, standards & and processes for the unit.
  • Ensure the accuracy of customer data and transactions through the management of authorization levels and access rights.
  • Management and safekeeping of files.

Qualifications

  • Related discipline. CIBN. ACCA will be desirable.
  • Experience: 7 – 10 years experience working in MFB.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N450,000 – N500,000 monthly Gross
