DCSL Corporate Services Limited is a private limited liability company that provides company secretarial, governance, immigration, and training services to diverse governmental, corporate, and individual clients across several business sectors in Nigeria. We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with operational branches in Abuja and Port Harcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Sales and Commercials

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage all sales reps, outlets, and channels.
• Develop sales plans, and forecasts, and monitor performance against these targets.
• Ensuring that all commercial activities meet and improve on budget, cost, and volume and exceed targets in line with the company’s objective.
• Oversee the sales and marketing team to ensure effective brand management and promotional activities.
• Develop and implement marketing plans that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage and measure the commercial performance of our digital channels and platforms.
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and product availability.
• Analyse financial performance, set targetss, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Submission of all sales reports to the management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and financial information to inform decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
