Job Description
- We’re seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our technical support team in Lagos.
- As a Help Desk Technician, you’ll play a vital role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients, resolving software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve our services
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the IT industry.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary
- N250,000 – N500,000 monthly.
