Job Description

  • We’re seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our technical support team in Lagos.
  • As a Help Desk Technician, you’ll play a vital role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients, resolving software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve our services
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the IT industry.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary

  • N250,000 – N500,000 monthly.
