Job Title: Hospital Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Role Summary
- As a Hospital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing relationships with hospitals, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You will play a vital role in promoting Drugstoc’s pharmaceutical products and solutions, aligning with the company’s mission to enhance healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Achieve sales targets by promoting Drugstoc’s products and services to hospitals within your assigned territory.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within hospital networks.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, and healthcare professionals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for hospitals, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Present and detail Drugstoc’s product portfolio to hospital stakeholders.
- Educate hospital staff on the benefits, usage, and efficacy of pharmaceutical products.
Market Analysis and Feedback:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hospital purchasing patterns.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and product development teams to inform strategy.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and hospital account details.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and product launches.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of hospital purchasing processes and decision-making structures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and travel within assigned territory.
