Job Title: Hotel Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team and ensure our guests have unforgettable stays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring that service standards, guest satisfaction, and financial targets are met.
  • Staff Leadership: Train, and manage hotel staff. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for increasing occupancy and revenue. Promote hotel services and packages.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure the hotel complies with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain standards for cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on hotel performance, guest feedback, and staff performance for upper management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a guest-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
