Job Details

  • Join our team as a Hotel Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our establishment. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle reservations and provide information about room availability.
  • Answer phone calls and address guest inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Must stay around Ikotun (Governors road is a bonus).

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel booking systems is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide exceptional service.
