Qualification

• B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management and Administration.

Experience

• 3-5 years experience as a HR/ADMIN Officer.

Knowledge / Skills Needed:
Interested applicant must be conversant with

• Staff recruitment
• Appraisal coordination
• Staff Compensations and benefits.
• Staff employment profiling and documentation.
• Creating job description for all staff.
• Follow up on staff discipline and Quality Management.
• Handle all administrative responsibility of the company.
• Routing visit to branches to sort out HR and administrative issues.
• Staff training.
