Title: HR & Admin Manager
Location: Asokoro Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- We are looking to hire an experienced HR and Admin Manager to provide HR support and guidance to the firm.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, managing human resources, and ensuring efficient administrative operations for the venture firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company standards.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure timely payroll processing.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning strategies to nurture talent within the organization.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certifications in CIPM or other relevant certifications would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 year of experience in core HR functions.
- Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in a venture capital firm, fintech startup, or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Remuneration
- N1,200,000 – N1,500,000 (Monthly Gross Income)
