Job Description
- The goal is to create a good working culture and encourage employee engagements.
- We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department
Responsibilities
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records.

- Assist in recruitment process; Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
- Assist in publishing job ads.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/Airtime subscriptions etc. for employees.
- Update employees data on seamlesshr portal and sharepoint. And carrying out weekly audit.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., joiners and leavers report, Employee headcount etc.)
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Create budget for official events.
- Manage the office assistant
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role (2years experience).
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Emotional Intelligence.
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Public Speaking skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Experience with HR software, such as SeamlessHR.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
