Description
- We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team and assist in various HR functions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about learning, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support HR staff in maintaining employee records and databases.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Marketing skill is an added advantage
- Lives in Abuja and it’s environs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
