Role Description
- This is a part-time remote role for an HR Intern (Volunteer).
- The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with various human resources tasks and projects, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
- Experience in HR management and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of employee benefits
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the education or nonprofit sector is a plus
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
