Job Summary
- Are you a passionate and results-driven HR professional looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced organization? We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace conflicts professionally.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and payroll data.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate performance reviews and provide support for professional development programs.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or fine dining industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
