Title: Human Resource & Admin Manager

Job Summary
- To lead and direct the full spectrum of HR and Administrative functions in the unit, including recruitment, compensation &benefits, learning & development, employee relations, policies development/implementation, payroll, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
- Oversee the unit’s daily workflow.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handle employee disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy.
- Partner with the leadership to understand the organization’s goals and align HR strategy.
- Manage the talent acquisition process from end to end.
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Maintain compliance with local labour laws /regulations and recommend best practices.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technology in human resources.
- Payroll administration.
- Manage the requisition and administration of office inventory and supplies.
- Oversee facilities and utility maintenance.
- Organize and supervise organizational events.
Educational Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 7 years proven experience in human resource management. Experience in the real estate or facilities management industries is an advantage.
- Professional qualifications such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, PHRI are an advantage.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 / Month.
