Responsibilities:
- Talent Scouting & Acquisition: Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard top talent across various digital disciplines (content creators, marketers, developers, etc.).
- Employee Relations: Address and mediate any employee concerns, and build a collaborative, positive working environment.
- Performance Management: Design and manage a performance appraisal system to enhance employee output.
- HR Strategy Development: Align HR strategies with business growth objectives.
- Client Growth Support: Collaborate closely with leadership to scale to 100 clients by ensuring the talent pipeline aligns with operational needs.
- Training & Development: Ensure that employees are equipped with the skills to thrive, offering training programs as needed.
Necessary Skills:
- Talent Scouting: Expertise in identifying key skills and growth potential in candidates.
- Project Management: Capability to manage multiple HR projects while adhering to tight timelines.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR functions with the company’s aggressive client growth strategy.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate contracts and engage talent.
- Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn, Scout Talent Recruit, and tools for sourcing talent on platforms like LinkedIn.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years in HR, with at least 2 years in talent acquisition or a related role.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital media trends and talent needs.
- Tools Expertise: Proficiency in HR tools, ATS platforms, and performance management software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
