Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Opebi, Lagos

Job Summary

- We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and lead our HR initiatives companywide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent; oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances; facilitate conflict resolution and promote effective communication.
- Develop and implement performance management systems; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees; manage employee development plans.
- Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth; organize training sessions and workshops.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs; conduct salary reviews and manage employee benefits administration.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions; prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure a safe working environment by implementing health and safety programs and compliance with regulations.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
- Manage HR records and documentation; oversee payroll processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years+ experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Relevant certifications.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
