Softhealth Pharmaceutical Limited was founded in 2015 with the goal of providing high-quality medications and vitamins to Nigerians. We have been collaborating with NAFDAC and other organizations since 2015 to register and develop high-quality goods. We began with OTC goods and currently have about 35 items registered with NAFDC, with many more in the works. Our product line includes nutraceuticals, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and many more items. We presently have a network of 50 salespeople across Nigeria, as well as many depo’s, to ensure that our clients receive high-quality items on time. Our goal is to provide high-quality drugs in Nigeria that meet the highest standards.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
  • posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
  • Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
  • Create reports for senior management
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation and on-boarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Effective HR Administration and People Management skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Attention to details
  • Good reporting skills.
