Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive & Company Secretary to join our team who will play a crucial role in managing various Company Policies, Legal matters, HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department.
  • You will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures, recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, supporting the overall HR strategy and verifying legal documents.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Corporate law, HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and training
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
  • Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee inquiries related to benefits
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and company culture-building activities
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
  • Assist in HR reporting and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
