About the Role

• As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and training programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with employee relations activities and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science or any related field.
• 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
• Good digital Marketing Skill
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in the use of Canva Design Tool.

Salary

• N70,000 Monthly.
