Role Description

• We are seeking a Full-time Human Resources Manager for our Lagos office. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting all HR-related policies, procedures, and programs. You will manage employee relations, recruitment and selection, personnel management, and benefits administration.
• HR with experience in Hotel or Resturant Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Manager role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment and selection processes in Hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle pressure with professionalism and tact
• Experience in a technology-centered company is a plus
• Professional HR certification is a plus
