Job Description
- We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our HR team. This involves taking ownership of HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.
Job Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle recruiting
- Training, counselling and coaching employees
- Learning and Development Management
- Conflict resolution and management.
- Performance Review and Management
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Payroll management and administration
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resources or other Business / personnel related courses
- An MSc OR MBA is an added advantage
- Must have 3-6 years work experience
- Possession of CIPM, or other HR certifications is a plus
- Ability to design and implement strategies and policies
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization
- Must have managed a team of over 100
Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 / Month (Gross)
