Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary
- The role will support the general human resources function of the Group and be responsible for the day-to-day HR statutory obligations of the Company, – PENSION, GROUP LIFE, ITF, NSITF, HMO, and other C & B related functions.
- We are looking for a smart and Intelligent Lady (for Gender Balance)
Job Specification
- Ensure Pension remittance schedules are sent to all PFAs.
- Process RSA numbers for new hires without RSA and attend to all pension-related inquiries from all stakeholders.
- File for PENCOM Compliance Certificate within deadlines
- Register new Employees for the HMO package and exit exited employees from the package.
- Call for Utilization reports, analyse same, and send to Line Manager periodically.
- Ensure NSITF Payment, Manage Joiners and leavers, process claims, and compliance certificates, and manage all stakeholders within the process.
- Ensure Group Life Renewal, add new employees and exit exited employees; process claims and the compliance Certificate and handle all stakeholder’s inquiries.
- Ensure ITF Statutory Payments and processing of Compliance Certificate while supporting the L & D officer in other ITF Training-related documentation and inquiries and refund processing.
- Perform Other Human Resources Related functions as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in Human
- Resources and Handling of Statutory remittances and obligations.
- MBA /HR Professional Certification is an added Advantage
Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
