Title: Human Resource Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters including benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations issues by conducting investigations, documenting findings, and recommending appropriate actions.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- HR certification
