Job Title: Infrastructure Support (Team Lead)

Location: Lagos

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of infrastructure team tasks.
  • IT Projects management activities.
  • Email account creation for users (FLAI Staff. Contract staff. FSEs, Agents)
  • Installation, configuration, and deployment of systems, and IP phones. printers and other network devices
  • Granting of ‘Rrmissions to new and existing staff on Active directory
  • End-user Support (fixing users’ log-on issues. system issues. network issues. browser proxy issues. printing or scanning issues, email issues, password reset. application issues etc).
  • Prompt response to all IT incidents and requests made via the Service desk portal or land emails such as (Toners. Systems troubleshooting, network issues. server issues etc)
  • Set up and rtE1intenance Of Switches and router’s Hub management (Annex) CCTV management Servers’ installation, and configuration. and management.
  • Active directory administration and management (creation of users, distribution groups. security groups). 0365 Adrninistratjon and Management
  • Network monitoring and security Server room management (Head Office)
  • Ensuring the security of equipment and items in the server room/ IT store.
  • Procurement of IT equipment.
  • Maintenance of computer systems and network Systems and network troubleshooting
  • Ensuring hitch-free login for all users
  • Providing technical support across the company Exchange Admin
  • Equipment repair and replacement as necessary. Staff training

Qualifications

  • BSc Computer Science / Computer Engineering or any other related field (minimum of second class lower)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience

Knowledge:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Knowledge of Server promotion to Configure AD.
  • DHCP and DNS
  • Knowledge of modern IT networking
  • Knowledge of system installation, config and support
  • Project Management
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud solution
