Title: Intern Civil Engineer (NYSC)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member
- Assist in preparing engineering related calculations and developingdrawings and visual aids
- Assisting with fieldwork for data collection, site inspections, and observations
- Preparing spreadsheets, graphs, and figures for design reports
- Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Project Team
- Ensure that traffic control measures are implemented and maintained during construction
- Monitor and record the work and progress of contractors while tracking material quality and usage
- Assist with civil drafting in AutoCAD
- Work with field inspection teams for oversight of construction projects; Industry Construction
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Currently undergoing the NYSC program
- Yet to secure a primary assignment
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with designsoftware e.g. AutoCAD is a plus
- Interest in the Real estate development industry and willingness to learn
- Must reside in Lekki / Ajahand its Environs
- Must be willing to resume Immediately
