Job Title: Investment Analyst Intern

Job Description

  • The primary objective of this fellowship is to engage in comprehensive market research and assist in preparing investment memorandums to support our investment decision-making process for these programmes.

Scope of Work

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis on various industries, market trends, and potential investment opportunities.
  • Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities by gathering and
  • analysing relevant financial data, market reports, and industry news.
  • Support the investment team in drafting investment memorandums, including detailed analyses of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and financial position.
  • Participate in activities related to due diligence of potential investment targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of
  • investment memorandums and other related documents.

Qualifications

  • Recently completed a Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Currently awaiting call-up to or recently completed the National Youth Service Corp
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
