Job Description

• To meet the growing needs of one of our subsidiaries, we are massively seeking to hire 15 experienced and seasoned professionals in the Investment/Deposit mobilization department of the company.
• This role is primarily responsible for driving deposits for the company, building and managing strategic relationships for fixed deposit customers and High Net Worth individuals, and serving as the single point of contact for new business as well existing portfolios.

Successful candidates will also:

• Develop and implement a strategic plans to improve deposit mobilization, retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and private individual clients and depositors
• Manage relationship with HNIs, advice clients of deposit status.
• Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products together with the BD team to achieve the overall deposit targets.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge and experience selling investment/fixed deposit products
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a deposit mobilization officer in a relevant organization
• Relevant experience in a commercial bank or OFI is highly required
• Target and results-oriented.
