Job Description
- Our client seeks the services of a Tech savvy (Female) for the position of a website Back-end attendant for multiple client requests.
- The ideal job holder will not need core knowledge of Technical coding but must be conversant with handling request from company websites, social media pages and related correspondent channels.
Responsibilities
- Take and receive orders from clients on the company’s website (Back end)
- Monitor the website traffic and request ratio from clients about products and services
- Supervise website correspondent
- Create reports for website sales
- Respond to chats and orders (Web chats and Whatsapp)
- Update/upload products with descriptions and monitor the website
- Send emails from the website
- Use and respond to product website modules
- Update prices/change on the website
- Place orders on the website and process orders for the entire website (Nigeria and other countries)
- Update order status
- Clear cache from the website
- Attend to all abandoned carts, missing orders failed, and canceled orders on the website.
- Review and change the status on the website and delete products that are no longer in use
- Creation of coupon codes
- Update store locator where necessary.
- Improve the user experience of the website regularly
Requirements
Candidates should possess the following qualities:
- Should have a Degree in Mass Communication or any related course.
- Should be able to communicate effectively (written and verbally)
- Should have at least 1 year of experience working as in a similar role handling the website request line of a company
- Should be empathetic and courteous
- Should be social media & tech savvy
- Should be open to learning
- Familiarity with Amazon, Etsy, and 3cx software features is a plus.
