Description 

• Troubleshooting, installing, and configuring Mail Clients like MS Outlook & Outlook Express, and Windows Mail.
• Responsible for Software, Application installation, and monitoring performance.
• Managing remote location through Remote Connection Tools like Remote Desktop, Team Viewer, and Ammy Admin.
• Configure access to shared folders, Manage shared folder permissions, Configure file system permissions, Ownership of files and folders.
• Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting of Microsoft (XP, Windows 7, Windows 10)
• Managing Email cloud hosting, creating emails, and managing them. Knowledge of internetworking, OSI Layers, Internet Protocol, TCP/IP.
• Managing, maintaining and monitoring of network environment, and troubleshooting network issues.
• Configuring Wi-Fi connection and troubleshooting.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems using Ping, Trace route .
• Follow up with Telecom Operators (ISPs) to maintain the Connectivity .
• Configuration of Static IP, Binding Mac address with IP.
• Manage D-LINK SWITCHES and Troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience Installing & configuring Sonicwall firewall.
• Hands-on experience with CFS policy & maintaining web filtering.
• Configuring CFS policy services & blocking URL & approve websites .
• Configuring, Installing, and managing SSL VPN on the firewall, creating a user group to remote access.
• Upgrading the latest version of firmware, and blocking social networking sites by filtering MAC addresses.
• Monitoring incoming and outgoing traffic on the firewall.
• Software Support (MS Office, Anti-Virus like MacAfee and Symantec.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Local and Network Printers.
• Managing the installation and configuration part of all standards.
