Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in IT support or administration.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Knowledge of the latest technology trends and a sound understanding of the solar energy industry.
- Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Knowledge of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
