Title: IT Specialist
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Installing new software and hardware components.
- Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
- Assisting with network administration tasks.
- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
- Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
- Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
- Maintain and troubleshoot all network and computer-related issues.
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Enhance office IT system through appropriate upgrades and advise Operations Unit on changes or improvements required.
- Help install and support all ICT hardware and software.
- Provide overall administrative support to the Company areas of operation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience providing information communications technology (ICT) and administrative support.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
- Personable, professional demeanor.
