1). Collections and Recovery Captain
Locations: Ibadan, Oyo Town – Oyo, Ilorin – Kwara and Abeokuta, Sagamu, Ijebu-Ode – Ogun

Description
- This is a role where you will report directly to the Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
- Reporting daily progress against targets to the Operations Coordinator.
- Working with a collection team to contact debtors and pursue payment.
- Supervise collection agents to recover bad debts from delinquent debtors.
- Daily monitoring of debt portfolio.
- Any other task that may be assigned by the Lead.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar domain with at least a year of leadership experience
- Comfortable working with targets
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Strong Analytical skills
- Great communication skill
- Great at time management, multitasking and prioritization skills
- Good decision skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial leadership skills with proven capability of working in a matrix environment.
Salary
- N60,000 monthly.

2). Collections and Recovery Agent
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors.
- Working with collection agents to contact debtors and pursue payment.
- Devising customized recovery strategy on a case by case basis.
- Making outbound collection calls to debtors.
- Reducing the non-performing debts owed to the company
- Daily monitoring of debt portfolio.
- Any other task that may be assigned by the Captain.
Requirements
- 0 – 1 year experience in collections / Recovery in a consumer finance company, microfinance or bank
- Experience in debt collection
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to follow policy and procedures.
- Commitment to achieving performance goals
