1). Human Resources Manager/Executive Assistant to MD

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Description

Role Overview

  • In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions while providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent multitasking abilities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Provide executive support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence management.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management and executive support roles with a minimum of five (5) years.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, HRIS software and digital marketing framework and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.

In this dynamic position, He/she would collaborate with embassies, consulates, educational institutions, and other relevant authorities to ensure a seamless and efficient application process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive information on visa and admission requirements.
  • Advise clients on necessary documentation, fees, and processing timelines.
  • Prepare and submit visa and admission applications.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of documents.
  • Monitor application status and provide updates to clients.
  • Establish effective communication with authorities.

Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Travels and Tours, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience of not less than a year in visa and admission processing, ideally within a travel agency or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of visa requirements for various countries and admission processes for educational institutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in visa and admissions processing fields.
