Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction in the execution of the team’s functions and activities.
  • Optimally manage and deepen relationships with new and existing customers in target market.
  • Coordinate the overall marketing activities of the Relationship Managers (RMs) within the team; and ensure a significant increase in market share of new and existing customers.
  • Deliberate growth of the team’s trade transaction volumes: Form M / Letters of Credit / Bills for Collection etc.
  • Develop budgets and goals for the team and ensure budgets are met and manage resources for profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and formulate strategies for retaining and winning new accounts.
  • Structuring of deals and relating with co-lenders in syndication arrangements.
  • Periodically review and evaluate the performance of the team and ensure corrective actions to achieve Group’s strategy and annual plans
  • Responsible for driving of trade-related transactions for the bank (Fx business)
  • Provide support in the structuring of credits in line with business potentials.

Education

  • Minimum Education: First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline preferably business-related.
  • Higher Degrees and relevant Professional Certificate will be an added advantage.

Experience:

3). Team Lead, Security Investigation & Operations

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the process of conducting, collection and preservation of evidence to support investigation actions.
  • Implement surveillance processes.
  • Manage investigations requiring specialized tools, techniques, and resources.
  • Manage investigative interviews.
  • Provide coordination, assistance, and evidence such as documentation and testimony to support legal counsel in the prosecution of criminals and/or civil proceedings.
  • Coordinates security operations in Head Office & branches.
  • Develop & implement manning levels of security operations in H/O & branches.
  • Gather intelligence on trend of security threats.
  • Conduct periodic vulnerability assessment of H/O. & branches to ascertain threats levels.

  • Resolve disputes arising from failed transactions in branches to avoid disruptions.

  • Identify different types of Security breaches and take appropriate measures to counter or prevent occurrence.

Job Requirements
Education:

  • Suitable Candidates must have a minimum of either B.A, B.Sc, LL.B BL, with at least 2nd class lower division.
  • Possession of professional security certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Suitable candidate must have a minimum of 7 years postgraduate experience in a National (Military) or Industrial / Civil security organization.
  • Must have held a leadership position in security services operations in a tier-one financial institution with over 100 branches or outlets for not less than 5 years.
