1). Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the Executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data as required by the Executive.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in personal tasks and errands for the Executive as needed.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure the smooth operation of the Executive’s office.
Requirements & Qualifications
- BSc in any related field
- Work experience: at least 3 years of working experience
- Experience in problem-solving methods (Root cause analysis, etc.)
- Ability to read, interpret and understand plans.
- Good communication skills and proactive behaviour
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 monthly.

2). Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and calls.
- Maintain records and databases, including employee information, inventory, and financial records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements
- BSc in any related field.
- Work experience: at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Good communication skills and proactive behaviour
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Salary
- N250,000 – N350,000 monthly.
