Your Tasks
- You are independently responsible for clearly defined segments of the planning and organization of our b2b projects.
- You support the project manager in sales and operations of our trade shows in preparation, on-site execution as well as the follow-up
- You support the acquisition and retention of exhibitors and visitors with your open and professional character, both direct and indirect through the steering of our sales network and close cooperation with partners
- You are always in close contact with relevant key accounts, multipliers and associations
- You are in exchange with marketing and public relations for the preparation and realisation of sales-accompanying measures.
Your Profile
- You have an academic Degree, at best focusing project management.
- Professional experience in event management is an advantage
- You enjoy selling and at the same time you are strong in developing concepts, which you were already able to demonstrate in successful projects during your studies or during your first professional experience
- You have great intercultural skills
- You are fluent in English (both in writing and oral] as well as one further language
- You show a high level of commitment, independence and flexibility
- In dealing with customers and partners you appear confident and professional
- A dedication to travel completes your profile.
