Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of telemarketing representatives, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Set clear sales targets, performance goals, and KPIs for the team, driving them to achieve and exceed sales objectives:
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to enhance the team’s selling skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and execute telemarketing strategies to generate leads, drive sales, and expand our customer base.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for targeted campaigns and enhanced sales conversion.
- Plan and implement telemarketing campaigns aligned with the company’s sales and marketing objectives. Monitor campaign performance and effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Ensure that telemarketing representatives adhere to compliance and quality standards in all customer interactions.Regularly review call recordings to provide constructive feedback and maintain service excellence.
- Track and analyse telemarketing KPIs and sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Maximize lead conversion rates through effective follow-up and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 -5 years as a Telemarketing Manager or similar role as a call centre manager, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful telemarketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of telemarketing techniques, compliance regulations, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented and proactive in driving sales growth and performance improvement.
