Job Description
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating and converting leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer retention and repeat business.
- The role require proactive individuals who can identify opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads to expand the customer base.
- Lead Conversion: Convert leads into loyal customers through effective sales techniques and relationship management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat buying.
- Client Retention: Develop strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer acquisition.
- Experice in B2B conversion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Lives in Ikeja and its environs.
