1). NYSC Intern

Job Description
The IT support Intern will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide back up and support to the IT Support Executive:
- Escalating IT issues to the IT Support Executive where necessary.
- Responsible for managing backups and tape rotation.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Undertaking small- to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Support Executive.
- Providing desktop and server support.
- Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops.
- Installing authorized software to laptops and desktops.
- Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date.
- Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops.
- Fault finding to laptops and desktops.
- Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops
- Setting up and configuring new servers.
- Installing authorized software to core server.
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Support Executive.
- Working extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable.
- Providing assistance as required to the IT Support Executive.
Qualifications
- A recognised Diploma / Degree in IT or Engineering.
- Must be a Corp Member looking for a PPA
- Desktop, laptop and mobile devices installation and problem resolution.
- Able to configure networks for fast, secure, reliable operation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess network performance and recommend changes.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and network diagnostic tools.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with users, vendors and other IT personnel.
- Project management skills .
- Ability to prioritiZe and multitask.

2). Store Keeper
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities
- Oversees and administers the operations of a store. Receives, identifies and verifies merchandise. Provides information to and assists customers.
- Maintains inventory. Uses inventory management software. Prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock.
- Maintains files appropriate to the activities of the unit, such as invoices, order number, receiving date, shipping date, etc. Prepares reports.
- Verifies ledgers, statements and supporting documents.
- Handles and stores merchandise or special products that require some knowledge of spontaneous combustion, toxicity, fragility, rapid deterioration, contamination, etc.
- According to requirements and established procedures, arranges stock. In case of emergency or in order to replace outdated products, suggests substitutes available in the store.
- Oversees the delivery of merchandise following an established schedule and coordinates special deliveries by transmitting the necessary details to the persons concerned.
- Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
- Update procurement team on status of stock to avoid stock-out
- Maintains equipment and instruments. Ensures cleanliness of work areas.
Qualifications
The candidate should possess the following qualities
- An OND from any reputable institution.
- Basic computer and report writing skills.
- Data Entry skill is required.

3). Procurement Officer
Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja
Job Description
- Source for the most reliable suppliers for items at a reasonable price and ensure supply in good time
- Coordinate the central supply of items
- Follow up with account on vendor payment and escalate in peculiar cases
- Carry out Market survey of products
- Communicate prices of items to outlet in good time
- Proper vendor management
Qualifications
- A HND/Bsc or equivalent
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
- Two (2) years previous experience as procurement officer
- Experience in a similar industry is an added advantage
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
