1). Retail Sales Trainee

Job Description
- We are seeking a smart, intelligent and energetic candidate for an internship role. Ultimately, you are to provide support to the project lead. To succeed this role, you must be someone who is willing and hungry to learn and also possess great communication and interpersonal skills and as well as the ability to manage projects in the long run.
- To Gain valuable hands-on experience in the retail industry and opportunities in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company and promote its image
- Guarantee compliance with Compliance rules in its activities regarding business practices
- Respect the Group strategy, rules and policies
- Learn about the products/services offered, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and ensure their shopping experience is positive and memorable.
- Aid in driving sales by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and upselling where appropriate
- Promote the Group’s products and solutions with adapted commercial offers
- Support marketing campaigns and events both in-store and online, including social media promotions and email marketing efforts
- Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work culture
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors in the retail industry.
- Learning to manage and update sales pipelines, track leads, and follow up on opportunities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Qualifications / Requirements
- BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Background (Very Compulsory)
- 1-2 years experience in project management or similar role
- Unmatched interpersonal and presentation skills
- Resilience and persistence
- Basic knowledge of Project Management tools and software
- Basic Knowledge in MS Office tools and IT skills
- Great multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
- Passion for learning & curiosity.
- Agile with good communication skills.
Salary
N150,000 / Month.

Job Summary

- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
- Participate in meetings, both internal and external, to provide technical input and support
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices relevant to the electrical sector
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the projects and sales objectives.
Person Specification / Qualifications / Requirements
