1). Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Description
- Develop product requirements and roadmaps
- Leading product managers and coordinating with engineering, operations and other teams
- Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps

- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)

- Establish and review test plans; lead UAT to ensure team capability requirements and deadlines are met
- Conduct periodic feedback sessions with Enterprise Systems Engineering teams to continuously iterate and improve team processes and performance
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Program or similar role
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Background in software development and program management is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile framework
- Excellent communication skills; organizational and leadership abilities

- In Depth knowledge and hands-on experience of modern technology stack
- Demonstrated ability to understand business need and accurately interpret data to support data driven decision-making

2). Financial & Management Reporting Manager
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual and adhoc management accounts.
- Preparation of annual financial statements in line with IFRS and other GAAP as may be required.
- Review of monthly Balance Sheet schedules and presentation of review comments.
- Ensure all relevant postings have been completed in Odoo and other relevant apps on a monthly basis.
- Preparation & Update the loan schedule and posting in GL the monthly amortized interest.
- Ensure revaluation of monetary items and recharges are done monthly.
- Coordination with auditors (Internal & External).
- Completion of annual and interim audit and other due diligence exercises.
- Provide support to tax team at reporting period.
- Participation/managing routine inventory count, asset verification, cash counts etc.
- Compliance with Policies & Processes of company and updating the finance manual for any changes in it.
- Ad-hoc analysis & reporting as advised by management.

Requirements
Minimum Experience, Academic Qualifications & Certifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in audit and assurance, accounting consulting and preparation of IFRS financial statements with at least Three (3) years in a supervisory role.
- Experience to work under strict deadlines
- Experience of using cloud based ERP (Previous Odoo experience is an advantage)
- Expert user of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Professional certifications i.e. ACCA/CIMA/ACA
Essential Competencies:
- Advance knowledge of IFRS/IAS
- Training from Big 4 is preferred
- Good communication skill
- Expert in MS Office Suit
