1). Head of Media
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Determine the most effective media outlet combination for promotional strategies
- Monitor ad campaigns in both online and offline channels (e.g. on radio٫ TV٫ websites٫ magazines and billboards)
- Regularly report results of advertising campaigns٫ including revenues and costs.
- Optimize advertising strategies for a variety of diverse audiences and channels
- Collaborate with Marketing Director to design and review advertising budgets.
- Negotiate with media channels in order to close competitive deals
- Prepare and design additional promotional projects in support of new product launches
- Reach a broader audience through new campaigns
- Ensure advertising message is cohesive across campaigns.
- Build long-term relationships with media influencers in order to positively promote our brand
Media Head requirements
- Proven work experience as a Media Head٫ Media Planner or similar/ comparable role
- Working understanding of different types of media channels
- Demonstrable experience with building effective advertising campaigns
- Cognition of digital marketing
- Data management skills٫ and the ability to combine data
- Strong decision-making skills and communication skills.
- BSc in Marketing٫ Business Administration or similar field

2). City Sports Leagues and Center Manager Cordinator
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Applicants must be passionate about sports
- Oversees daily center operations and coordinate center activities through assigned staff,center managers,prioritize and delegate work activitie
- Prepares periodic reports and records on center projects,progress,status or other special reports for management
- Ensure adherence to relevant quality and safety,professional and healthcare standards and mandatory education related to risk management.
- Assign center managers to the various centers and record attendance,schedule center managers meetings
Qualification,Skills and experience
- B.Sc or it’s equivalent in Human kinetics,Business Administration,Sports management,Physical and health education or any sports related course.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Skilled in the use of computer(Microsoft Office, Corel draw)
- Report writing skills
- People management skills

3). Sports Centre Manager/School Administrator
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Oversees daily center operations and coordinates center activities through assigned staff; prioritize and delegate work activities.
- Organize and coordinate sports programs.
- Assist in ensuring proper planning and organization of camps, tours & other sport program.
- Assist with curriculum development/review, implementation and supervision.
- Advise on, plan and execute training & development for coaches and Centre managers.
- Ensure that all relevant health & safety procedures are being adhered to.
- Attend to enquiries and carry out other administrative duties.
- Assist in admission of new intakes by ensuring a smooth induction process.
- Serve as the middle man between the company and clients/parents.
- Maintaining good communications skill with clients/parents.
- Liaising with coaches and Centre managers to develop a rounded & engaging sports program.
- Participate in, and support other members of the team to participate in programs, education and training, and other opportunities offered by City Sports Group.
- Work with Coaches and other admin staff to deliver the best experience to clients.
- Ensure adherence to relevant quality and safety, professional and healthcare standards and mandatory education related to risk management, occupational health and safety, and other relevant areas.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- 5 – 10 years work experience.
