Job Description
- Responsible for reviewing loans requests and assessing client’s financial status
- Responsible for evaluating credit worthiness
- Responsible for contacting clients to gather financial data and proper documentation
- Responsible for calculating financial ratios (i.e credit scores and interest rates)
- Responsible for maintaining records of loan applications
- Responsible for following up with clients about loan renewals
- Responsible for monitoring existing loans of clients
- Responsible for Completing loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations.
- Responsible for giving credit proactively to new/prospective customers
- Responsible for identifying and understanding the needs of the customer
- Responsible for ensuring assigned sales targets are met
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or any related discipline
- Minimum of 2- 4 years’ experience as a Credit Executive
- Hands on experience with lending procedures and products
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience in Microsoft office suite including Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in research studies

3). Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets.
- Create and manage a client and prospect database.
- Conduct site inspections and house tours.
- Market properties through appropriate marketing initiatives.
- Manage and complete the sales cycle.
- Understand the needs of the client in order to provide better advice and guidance throughout the sales or rental process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with the organization is positive.
- Maintain current knowledge of the real estate market and best practices.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, proposals, and tracking of sales activity.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork (offer letters, contracts, leases and closing statements) and keep updated records of all the property in your care.
- Expand your personal and professional network to keep up with industry developments and potential business opportunities.
Qualifications
- A BSc in Marketing or a related field is required, as is a minimum of two years of real estate sales and marketing experience.
- Industry knowledge and the ability to navigate around the island axis

4). Digital Channel Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
- Responsible for defining a clear channel strategy and a channel evolution roadmap considering global/local trends, business needs, customer experience and the overall digital bank vision
- Responsible for managing the business development/analysis and service design of CRs & projects on the assigned digital channels
- Responsible for defining an attractive value proposition to improve the experience and performance of the assigned digital channels through new products, services & technology
- Executing the day-to-day operations related to the assigned digital channels, including the system sustainability, channel performance & channel quality
- Ensure to work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute the campaigns related to the assigned digital channels
- Responsible for achieving and measuring ROI on all digital projects invested into
- Responsible for managing the overall delivery of the assigned Digital channel portfolio, as defined by the digital roadmap within the required standards
- Ensure the alignment & synergy between the delivery planning of CRs/Projects & the achievement of the defined KPIs
- Ensure to work closely with the scrum master and agile team, and to follow the agile standards & methodology as directed
- Responsible for managing the channel processes & the alignment with stakeholders including compliance and SAMA to obtain the required approvals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a University in a related field, master’s degree or MBA is also recommended with relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience is required in Fintech companies with the ability to develop business strategy for the line of business.
