1). Business Analyst

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of quality Competitive Intelligence Report and Economic Intelligence reports
  • Support for business planning activities and preparation of business forecasts
  • Research and participate in initiatives designed to negotiate / secure the best funding terms and conditions
  • Conduct trendspotting and consumer behavior research as well as the gathering, analysis and effective dissemination of the research output to support effective decision making by the management team
  • Research and create product papers business presentation and proposals
  • Conduct Business Research, and serve as editor of quarterly corporate Newsletter and other publications as required
  • Create Sales and Marketing brochures
  • Create and prepare project briefs to include demographics, amenities, pricing, specifications, layout, target market, service charges, location analysis
  • Prepare bi monthly project viability reports and projection assessment reviews
  • Prepare and regularly update of all business plans, pitch decks, and strategy documents
  • Create End of year corporate report.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Social Sciences and / or an MBA
  • Minimum of four years practical experience in an analyst role.

2). Channel Sales Lead

Location: Lagos

Job Objectives

  • Source and aggressively activate direct sales acquisitions
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with the company’s focus
  • Build and manage independent sales channels and brokers networks
  • Nurture and grow captive development opportunities
  • Drive growth of STOW subscriber base
  • In conjunction with the CCO, ensure the company meets all its revenue objectives
  • Coordinate and manage activities of authorized brokers and sales agents within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovate & devise strategies designed to achieve sales revenue targets
  • Nurture and grow STOW Subscriber Base
  • Meet and exceed defined annual sales targets
  • Grow and manage Authorized Brokers Network
  • Recruit, train and manage Independent Sales Agents
  • Identify, nurture and close opportunities for Captive Development Projects
  • Lead and coordinate marketing opportunities
  • Participate and drive HNI investment initiatives.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications / Experience:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related university Degree
  • A minimum of Five (5) years strategic level experience in marketing or business development functions in a real estate, financial services, FMCG or high-end retail goods related sector
  • Minimum of Eight (8) years working experience.

3). Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • Our client is looking for experienced Sales Executives who will assist to develop, implement, and manage the organisation’s sales strategy & operations to acquire new businesses and clients thus delivering on the company’s goals for revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • The Sales Executives will also maintain and expand the company’s clientele and deepen existing relationships with the company customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities & growth strategies for the company with keen focus on sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective or existing clients (with marketing executives if required); Assess client’s needs and recommend the relevant company’s products / services that meet the clients’ objectives / needs
  • Assist to develop business proposals and relevant documents needed to aid sales discussions and engagements/negotiations with relevant stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and plans and ensure the set sales target is achieved
  • Assist to plan and execute research and market intelligence activities that help to identify potential markets /leads, mine feedback & information for product /service development to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize the effects of competition
  • Prepare and close commercial /sales contracts in adherence to the company’s policies/processes/procedures and relevant regulatory provisions
  • Develop and maintain the relationships with customers (new, existing, and prospective) to sustain/improve customer experience & promote brand loyalty.
  • Assist to plan, coordinate, and manage the organisation’s Corporate Social Responsibility campaigns
  • Prepare weekly /monthly and present sales report for strategic decision making

Requirements
Education & Experience:

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years’relevant sales experience
  • Experience in supporting management in developing and implementing business growth strategies
  • Proven ability to originate and close complex deals
