1). Risk Management & Audit
Location: Lagos
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- To prepare risk assessment analyses and develop tests of internal controls systems to ensure compliance with regulations.
- To conduct risk assessments, collect and analyze documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends.
- To provide support, educate and train staff to build policy compliance and internal control awareness within the organization.
- To establish policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organization.
- To review and assess risk management policies and protocols; make recommendations and implement modifications and improvements.
- Carry out financial, operational, and compliance audit duties such as: evaluating internal controls, applying professional audit techniques, preparing audit work papers, developing solutions, and documenting findings
- Provide relevant information under review such as findings and recommendations to organization’s management
- Provide assistance to senior auditors as requested by the director to enable effective execution of various reviews, including audit tasks, inventory, NCAA, and petty cash
- Perform departmental monthly budget reconciliation
- To recommend and implement risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, recovery measures, etc.
- To review and analyze metrics and data such as cash flow, inventory, breakage, and employee activity that could uncover fraudulent behavior.
- To prepare and present risk reports and proposals to executive leadership.

Requirements

Education and Work Experience
- Qualification to degree level, a higher degree and professional qualification.
- 8 years cognate experience
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations.

2). Head Of Strategy
Location: Lagos
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans to achieve desired growth targets in line with company strategy
- Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, and ROI calculations to inform decision making around new business opportunities
- Create sales strategies and go-to-market plans for new products and services, as well as existing ones in need of revitalization
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns and materials, ensuring they are on brand and align with business objectives
- Manage a team of direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to help them reach their full potential
- Liaise with other departments within the company to ensure everyone is working towards common goals
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to identify areas of opportunity or threat for the business
- Benchmark competitors’ offerings, strategies, and performance to inform own decision-making
- Develop financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Prepare presentations for senior management, shareholders, and other key stakeholders
- Manage external relationships with consultants, analysts, and other third parties
- Perform ad hoc analysis as required to support strategic decision-making
Requirements

- Education and Work Experience
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a similar role
- Proven experience leading and managing teams
- Experience with start-ups or high-growth companies
