Job Responsibilities
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
- Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
- Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements

Responsibilities
- Create and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are consistent with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Control the hiring and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital.
- Develop and monitor the organization’s overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
- Create a positive work environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance evaluation system that encourages high performance.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND
- Minimum of 7 years of industry experience

3). Business Development/Relationship Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Initiate / solicit for business; loans
- Manage customer relationships.
- Review / appraise credit requests.
- Ensure all credits are in line with the Credit Policy.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a financial institution – Money Deposit Bank, Mortgage Bank, Microfinance Bank, Finance House.
- Extensive industry knowledge.

4). Finance Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Posting of daily transactions
- Daily reconciliation of Bank balances
- Monthly preparation of financial statement
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Monthly proof of accounts in the GL
- Preparation of monthly payroll
- Remittance of payee and other taxes
- Remittance of Pension fund contribution
- Maintenance of Imprest account
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of second class upper.
- Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience with a financial institution – Commercial Bank, Microfinance Bank, Finance House
- ACA will be an added advantage
- Must have an excellent working knowledge of Sage Accounting software
- Must have a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
