1). Senior Document Controller (Business Relations)

Location: Lagos

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Document Control Assistant (Business Relations) to join our team.

Academic Qualification :

  • University degree/Higher National Diploma in any Discipline

Professional Certifications:

  • Microsoft Office applications certifications is an added advantage.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience – Experience in Oil & Gas is a plus.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

  • Experience and Working Knowledge of Corporate Document filing and controls.
  • Reporting and Presentation
  • Stake Holder Management
  • Experience in Information Management.
  • Excellent communicator (both written and oral), self-directed and highly motivated requiring minimal direct guidance.

Location: Rivers

Academic Qualification:

  • University degree/Higher National Diploma in any Discipline

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience with at least 1year in a Nigerian Content role/team

Technical/Leadership Skills

  • Working Knowledge of Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act 2010
  • Detailed working and hands-on experience on NOGICD Act Contract Pre-award & Post-award process
  • Working knowledge of Schedule A of NOGICD Act 2010 in relation to tender document review
  • Working knowledge of structure and operations Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board (NCDMB)
  • Experience in Information Management
  • Project and Stake Holder Management
  • Good communicator (both written and oral)
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Effectively process and obtain NCDMB approvals and certifications to support the tendering process
  • Effectively manage the audit and review process to ensure all Shell’s contracts in execution are compliance with NC requirements
  • Obtain NCDMB HCD approvals and manage the HCD execution process
  • Effectively process and submit mandatory reports to meet NC compliance requirements.
  • Support the development and execution of capacity development initiatives to bridge industry capacity gaps.
  • Coordinate Supplier Development programmes including the Shell Contractor Fund, Vendor capacity and capability assessment
  • Effectively manage document storage and retrieval using SharePoint.
