1). Warehouse and Logistics Specialist – Oilfield & Industrial Chemical

- In this role you will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.
- Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure.
- Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities.
- Contributes to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team.
- Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization.
Responsibilities
As a Logistics Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Leading, coordinating, or overseeing warehouse & logistics operations. Activities include productivity and process quality of warehouse operations, reducing controllable expenses, VCP, & contract labor spend, and covering EHS, logistics and shipping processes (including purchasing, receiving, and shipping).
- Managing warehouse to ensure customer requirements are met (including providing scope to contract labor workforce in warehouse).
- Managing and coordinating communication between the project managers, global supply chain and the logistics teams or vendors as needed.
- Overseeing strategic planning of the logistics for each project to ensure successful delivery. Drives cost reduction wherever applicable while meeting customer and safety requirements.
- Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.
- Handling simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set.
- Handling targeted clients. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.

- Have at least a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Have at least 4 year’s experience in warehouse & logistics operations
- Be able to speak English with good oral and written communication skills.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

2). Material Handler – Oilfield & Industrial Chemical

- The Material Handler will be responsible for the safe and quality execution of all required tasks in their area.
Responsibilities
As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing of chemical containers for filling and shipping
- Painting containers including prep work, such as buffing and masking
- Completing all HSE, PSM and job specific training
- Processing, completing, and maintaining all documentation as required.
- Utilizing computers to facilitate job duties on occasion
- Working with forklift operators, tank trucks, and acquiring skills to load and unload bulk chemicals
