1). Organisational Design & Culture Manager – SSA

Location: Lagos

About You

The OD & Culture Manager will oversee

  • Business Strategy Craft Sub-saharan Transformation agenda to enable business performance
  • Organisational design
  • Culture Create and implement strategies to promote a positive, collaborative company culture. They work to nurture cultural values and behaviors
  • Fixed Cost Manage fixed costs in line with business strategy
  • Transformation Lead Diversity, Equity and inclusion initiatives

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Completed HR Related Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing Talent, Learning, Culture and Organisation design in Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Lead with right values i.e. humanism, openness, proximity and enthusiasm

2). Healthcare Nutrition Solutions Representative

Location: Lagos

About you

The HN Representative will:

Compliance:

  • Ensure that all business is conform to the WHO code and local government regulations as for infant formulas
  • Ensure the ELN policies are respected.

Drive engagement / ethical marketing with HCPs:

  • Periodically visit a defined list of HCPs in line with territory plan to establish strong relations and become preferred brand with HCP’s.
  • Organize the presence of our brands in public and private healthcare institutions according to local regulations

Area Management:

  • Identify business opportunities within respective area and propose business initiatives to reach objectives
  • Understand competitive activities and recommend actions to counter-act these to help protect our market positions

Intelligence and Insights Gathering:

  • Identify changes and trends in HCP decision-making, needs and concerns
  • Collect intelligence on the HCP Universe and identify new contacts

The HN Representative should have:

  • Aptitudes: Sales competencies, communication skills, ability to work in autonomy and within a team, organizational skills, basics knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Education: University degree or  least 2 years training in Science (Biology, Agro-food, Nutrition)
